Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

  • The item is missing parts or accessories

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products by customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Digital/downloadable products


3. Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, missing, or wrong product claims:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must clearly show:

    • Sealed package opening

    • Shipping label

    • Product condition

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with:

    • Order number

    • Product photos/videos

    • Reason for return

  2. After approval:

    • Our team will arrange pickup (if available)

    • Or provide return shipping instructions

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of returned products.

Refund method:

  • Online payments → refunded to the original payment method

  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Refund processing time:

  • Usually within 5–10 business days


6. Replacement Policy

We offer a replacement for:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong products

  • Manufacturing defects

Replacement is subject to stock availability.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before shipment only

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

COD orders may be cancelled if:

  • Customer is unreachable

  • Delivery address is incomplete

  • Multiple fake/refused orders are detected


8. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake, return shipping will be free.

  • If the return is requested for personal reasons, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
